Artists’ Gallery, 18 Bridge St., Lambertville, N.J., will feature watercolor paintings by Gail Bracegirdle and Carol Sanzalone from Oct. 10 to Nov. 3.
The exhibit will showcase the “Visual Harmony” of their creative images. Join them for the opening reception 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12 and Closing Tea 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 3.
Sanzalone will showcase paintings done in watercolor and acrylic on paper and canvas. They express the graphic beauty of the seasons created with transparent washes of color and share her visual impression of nature in and around the Delaware Valley.
Bracegirdle enjoys exploring different ways of painting with watercolors on various surfaces. Most of the works on display in this exhibit focus on the flowing affects that come about when using watercolor paper with a gessoed surface. The subjects range from florals and still life images to views on location.
