Army West Point Marathon Team runs the game ball into New Hope

Following a time-honored tradition the Army West Point Marathon Team runs the game ball from the Army academy in New York to Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia ahead of the 123rd Army-Navy game played on Dec. 10. Army marathon team runners carried the football across the Delaware into New Hope Borough Dec. 9 .

In front of almost 70,000 spectators, Army and Navy met for the 123rd time in Philadelphia, and Army earned the 20-17 win in double overtime.
