Ann’s Choice, a developed and managed Erickson Living senior living community in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, was recognized as a 2019 Healthiest Employer by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The Healthiest Employers program is conducted annually by the Philadelphia Business Journal to recognize organizations that go beyond simply offering typical health benefits. Employers throughout the region are judged on multiple criteria to identify companies that best promote healthier living.
Ann’s Choice’s employees don’t have to go far if they need a flu shot, lab work, or checkup. Employees can visit the on-campus employee health and wellness center for everything from sick and well visits to cancer screenings and vaccinations. The center offers convenient, confidential, comprehensive and no cost/low-cost care by a licensed Nurse Practitioner. Employees can use the Center for other services, including free health IQs, annual flu shots, medication renewals, smoking cessation and Weight Watchers programs.
Ann’s Choice also offers staff access to its onsite fitness center and employee fitness classes, as well as Erickson Living’s Wellness Fund that provides reimbursements for qualifying personal fitness expenses.
