Each year, Ann’s Choice residents donate to the Staff Appreciation Fund to recognize the community’s hourly employees, who work diligently to provide them with an industry-leading level of service. This year, residents contributed $305,000 to SAF.
The funds are dispersed among Ann’s Choice’s eligible employees, which include dining associates, security officers, maintenance workers, housekeepers, and medical and nursing assistants – all of whom are more than merry year-round.
At Ann’s Choice Staff Appreciation celebration in December employees enjoyed special treats and had the opportunity to contribute personalized messages of gratitude to the “Thank You” poster. The poster is currently on display on campus.
A total of 700 employees were celebrated and received a distribution from the fund this year.
