Am I talking to a machine again?

Posted

The machine hung up on me. I asked to speak to a real person. I kept repeating myself over and over again to the machine. I want to talk to a real person.
The machine kept trying for me to answer its question. I knew what I needed and kept repeating myself: I need to talk to a real person.
Am I going crazy? I can’t say stop the world I want to get off. I know what I need and I need to talk to a real person. This is what I do all day long. Wanting to talk to a real person and repeating myself.
When I know what I need and it isn’t talking to a machine, I keep repeating and repeating. Finally, sometimes, a real person gets on the line. I knew what I needed and she confirms that I was correct. But before they can send anyone out in the field, I would have to be checked out by the procedure which was a machine to make sure that I was right.
I could not believe it but the person hung up and I had to start all over again.

I need to speak to a real person.
I don’t know machine language and the machine doesn’t know my language.
