Aislinn Delaney Fadden, 12, of Harrisburg, N.C., flew free of Sanfilippo Syndrome on Oct. 26, 2022.
Aislinn was born on Oct. 3, 2010, in Charlotte, N.C., to Brian and Amy (Hobson) Fadden. She met every day with spirited independence, a mischievous sense of humor, and a compassionate heart. When she was little, Aislinn delighted in trips down the slide, playing with her older brother, and singing. She loved riding her ponies at Wings of Eagles Ranch, petting her dogs and having fun with friends and family. Aislinn was known for her fabulous curls, infectious giggle and eyes that saw clear through people. Her strength, courage and determination despite Sanfilippo inspired all who knew her to cherish every day.
A celebration of Aislinn’s life will be held Saturday, Dec. 3, from 2 to 5 p.m., at Sixty Acres, 2101 Gold Hill Road East, Mt. Pleasant, NC 28124.
