Posted
All are invited to the African American Museum of Bucks County’s Open Meeting at 5:30 p.m. July 25, at 215 E. Richardson Ave., Langhorne.

The African American Museum of Bucks County has been growing, and has created events like the Bucks County Underground Railroad Tour, Historical Reenactments, Christmas Trees Celebrating African American History and Heritage, and more.

The museum partners with the Mercer Museum, Pearl S. Buck International, AME churches, the Bucks County Visitors Center and local schools.

And it has lots in the works. Stay tuned for information about upcoming events.

Those who love history, Bucks County, African American heritage, crafting, children, growing a nonprofit, fundraising, or teaming with dedicated, caring, fun people are invited to attend the meeting to learn more about AAMBC, hear an interesting speaker, meet the board, and more.

AAMBC is a museum of traveling artifacts and events for schools, museums, libraries and institutions. The Board of Directors includes members of families with ancestors that were in Bucks County dating back hundreds of years.
