Red Nucleus gives back to employees and community

Yardley-based Red Nucleus, which has been voted one of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania, has a long-standing, strong, fun company culture for building morale among employees.

 

Like many other companies during the COVID-19 outbreak, Red Nucleus, a premier provider of strategic learning, performance, and process solutions for the life sciences industry, had to become completely remote overnight.

 

In addition to virtual employee engagement activities for staff, including online trivia and bingo games, happy hours, coffee breaks with local and international co-workers, a Zoom talent show, and a Zoom graduation ceremony, Red Nucleus also has been sponsoring catered dinners for its employees and their families.

 

July 16 was no different, with another “wonderful meal” provided by the Red Nucleus “QuaranTEAM” Ian Kelly, Julie Craven Haralambous and Kelly Lytle. “Our Red Nucleus team brings so much to the table for the company each and every day, and Red Nucleus is happy to be able to bring dinner to theirs,” the company said.

 

“ Red Nucleus believes in giving back and remains strongly committed to the welfare of the communities in which we work, live, and play. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Red Nucleus has recently provided 10,000 G-form face shields to four local Philadelphia-area community hospitals in desperate need of personal protective equipment including: St. Mary’s Hospital in Bucks County, Einstein Hospital in Montgomery County, Mercy Medical Center in Delaware County, and Cooper Health System in Camden County, N.J.

 

Red Nucleus also acted swiftly in supporting numerous charities across the globe. Some of these include Meals on Wheels America, the British Red Cross, Boys & Girls Club of America, Direct Relief, the Restaurant Workers’ Community Foundation, and Boston’s Homeless Population GoFundMe.
