Chalfont man earns spot on “The Voice”

Posted

Ryan Coleman, 25, of Chalfont, caught the ears of coaches Dan & Shay during the “blind auditions” of the NBC singing competition show “The Voice.”

In an episode airing Monday night, the contestant who works on his family farm performed Bill Withers’ “Ain’t No Sunshine,” earning a chair turn by the country duo and a spot on their team.

Coaches on the show sit with their backs turned while they listen to performers, pushing a large red button to spin their chairs around to face them if they want them on their team.

The next round features competition between contestants.
