Jacqui Griffith joins Bucks County Herald Foundation Board of Directors

The Bucks County Herald Foundation has announced the recent appointment of Jacqui Griffith to its board of directors.

“We are delighted to welcome Jacqui to our board of directors,” said Bridget Wingert, president of the Bucks County Herald Foundation. “Our mission of ensuring the long-term sustainability of our newsroom will benefit greatly from Jacqui’s extensive board experience, dedication to our community, and deep commitment to philanthropy.”

Griffith, a longtime resident of Solebury, has held numerous volunteer leadership roles. She is currently chair of the board of directors of Fisherman’s Mark in Lambertville, N.J., and is the recent past chair of the board for Foundations Academy Charter School in Trenton, N.J. Previously she chaired the New Hope-Solebury Library’s board of directors and served on the boards of Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve and Phillips’ Mill Community Association, and the vestry of Trinity Episcopal Church in Solebury.

Professionally, Griffith spent many years as a clinical social worker in child and adolescent services. She currently serves as an advisory board member for the Bryn Mawr College of Social Work, where she earned a master’s degree in social services.
