Faith Christian girls’ basketball routed Plumstead Christian, 60-26, on Tuesday. The Lions turned on the jets in the second and third quarters, where they outscored the Panthers, 41-9. Eight Lions scored, led by Autumn Brownell (14 points, including three treys) and Jessica Robinson (12). Plumstead’s Erin Haines (15) was the game’s high scorer. Celene Desko added six and Chloe Kent had three. Faith is now 15-4 overall and 11-3 in the BAL.
Faith Christian girls’ basketball halted host Plumstead Christian, 47-15, on Thursday evening. The Lions won the first quarter, 17-1. Ashley Parylak and Kirah Brown each scored 12 points for Faith and each knocked down four three-pointers to reach that point total. Maddy Brodish added 10 points. Erin Haines had six points to lead the Panthers.
