Lions overwhelm rival Dock

New Hope-Solebury boys’ soccer got a leg up on rival Christopher Dock on Tuesday. The Lions knocked off the visiting Pioneers, 3-1. New Hope received first-half goals from sophomore Aaron Nagg (assisted by Austin Dallago) and Dallago; senior Jack Natale assisted on classmate’s Christian Oliveira’s tally in the second half for the Lions, who outshot Dock, 9-6.

Barile, Lions topple Panthers

Senior Matt Barile netted a hat trick as New Hope-Solebury boys’ soccer dropped visiting Plumstead Christian, 4-1, on Tuesday. The Lions outshot the Panthers, 17-1. New Hope senior Christian Oliveira scored in the second half, while Jack Natale assisted on Barile’s third goal of the contest. Junior Justin Brautigam’s tally for Plumstead came with 2:57 on the clock in the second half.

Lions tame Upper Moreland

Riley Smith scored twice and had an assist as New Hope-Solebury boys’ soccer doubled up host Upper Moreland, 4-2, on Friday. Christian Oliveira and Austin Dallago also connected for the Lions. Michael Lewis contributed an assist. Andrew Mardirossian got the start in goal for New Hope.
