Faith Christian girls’ basketball crushed Lincoln Leadership, 50-18, on Friday. The Lions led, 43-8, after three quarters. They pitched a shutout, 10-0, in the third quarter. Ten Lions scored at least one point. Liz Hoffman led the way with 11 points. Monica Ervin followed with eight points and Ashley Forker seven.
Faith Christian girls’ basketball, even with Christopher Dock, 23-23, through three quarters, posted a big win, 42-38, over the Pioneers on Thursday in Bicentennial Athletic League play. Monica Ervin (12 points) and Ashley Forker (11) led the Lions offensively. Ashley Parylak added nine points, including two treys.
Faith Christian girls’ basketball routed Bristol, 45-20, on Tuesday. The Lions led, 17-6, at the break and outscored the Warriors, 18-7, in the third quarter to improve to 7-1 overall and 4-1 in the Bicentennial Athletic League. Ashley Parylak rained threes for Faith; she drained four of them for her game-high 16 points. Ashley Forker added 11 points and Liz Hoffman six for the Lions.
