SPARKLES AND SPURS BINGO IS CANCELLED FOR WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 7th. The New Hope Eagle Firehouse is currently being used to shelter and serve as a center for utility company personnel. It is also a warming center for area residents for charging cell phones and/or to be able to work using wifi.
The “Realistic Visions” Reception and life model drawing demonstration with Dot Bunn and John Murdoch at Bucks County Gallery of Fine Art, New Hope, has been rescheduled for next Saturday 2 to 5 p.m. Nov. 10.

"The Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority is providing free water to Central and Upper Bucks residents for as long as the power is out in the area. Water will be available 24 hours a day at two locations: New Hope Eagle Fire Co. at 46 N. Sugan Road and Palisades High School at 39 Thomas Free Drive in Kintnersville. Residents are asked to bring their own containers to transport the water home."
“ My Many Shades of Grey ” opening reception at Jerry Cable Studio & Art Gallery scheduled for Saturday Nov. 3 and Sunday Nov. 4 is cancelled due to outages from Hurricane Sandy. The opening reception has been rescheduled for Saturday Nov. 17 from 3-8 p.m. The Show will continue through Sunday Nov. 25. Richland Township is rescheduling trick or treat to Saturday afternoon from 3 to 6 p.m. The hours chosen will allow for the children to enjoy the event in a safe manner in the event that electric service has not been restored.
